  • For $800, each exhibitor will receive one 6' x 30" skirted table, 2 chairs, and 1 wastebasket for use from 12pm on Sunday, April 2 to 12 pm on Tuesday, April 4, 2023.

Coming Together Pre-Conference ($3000) - Thank you, Johns Hopkins University!

Coming together is a pre-conference option available to our members to have workshops and discussions on topics relating to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. This pre-conference provides a safe space for those working with BIPOC students to network and learn from each other in a mini-conference that includes an inspirational keynote speaker, engaging sessions, and a closing session focused on networking and resources sharing opportunities.

Sponsoring this pre-conference will give your organization sole responsibility for making this Coming Together Pre-Conference possible! The opportunity to provide swag and collect registration information for attendees will be available to you.

Corn Hole Tournament ($1000)

The first (and hopefully annual) PCACAC Conference Tradition - Corn Hole Tournament goes towards the general PCACAC Fund. Participants have an opportunity to earn a cash prize 50/50 of purchased tickets to enter the tournament

Marion Flagg Scholarship ($500ea) - Thank you! We have reached 8 Scholarships

Named for one of PCACAC's most outstanding members, the Marion Flagg Scholarship is awarded annually to a group of exceptional educational professionals who are not currently members of PCACAC and who have not previously attended a PCACAC conference. This scholarship specifically targets counselors who work with historically underserved students, minority students or students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Each scholarship includes one year of free membership in PCACAC, one annual conference registration, and hotel lodging (two nights, in a room shared with another scholarship winner of the same gender or 50% of cost of housing if you choose to get a single room).

PCACAC invites you to submit a session proposal or faculty application for the 58th Annual Spring Conference in Cambridge, MD from April 2-4, 2023. We are seeking a variety of presentation topics to best serve the conference attendees in their goal for professional development.
